Robert - 2013 Mercedes S550 4 Matic
I was looking everywhere for a 2012-2013 Mercedes S550 4-Matic White / Tan with a Pano Roof. I went and test drove several of them, some in good condition and some others not, But just not the right cars. After looking at their web page, I called Gerardo's Foreign Cars in Roslindale MA . I spoke to Alfredo and Bobby, who were very understanding in what I was looking for. They did not have one at the dealership, But instead of even trying to push several other nice cars they did have, They asked me to give them a little time and they would meet my needs. about two weeks later. I received a call from Alfredo to tell me he located a white 2013 S550 4-Matic with a panoramic roof and lots of other options. When I arrived at Gerardo's and I met with both Alfredo and Bobby and they showed me the Mercedes !!! It was all they said it would be and more. What a Beautiful car. This was Exactly what I wanted and more. Right after my test drive, I was in the office with Lori to fill out all the paperwork. Lori was so pleasant to work with, she made the process very easy. When I am going to upgrade to the new S550 body style, I know where I am going to go. If they don't t have it, I know they can get it. AAA+++
